we got a new addition in the house.

Ok so this week I went to lunch with my brother at Stubb's BBQ for the first time ever! It was delicious for sure. But next time I will want to go for the live music. I can't wait for my next visit there.

ACL Music Festival! Probably one of my favorite times of the year. I got to listen to some amazing bands, and hang out with some of my favorite people in the world (which is an added bonus)! All the shows I caught this weekend were ah-mah-zing! Too bad it's all over now. =( But hey, there is always next year right?

it's the freakin weekend

These past two nights have been amazing and so instructional! I attended a Bob Dwyer clinic the past two nights. I have to say this workshop has definitely helped me get my groove back for the game. It was a great workout, so much knowledge, and so much fun!!! I can not exaggerate that enough! Oh, and also he has his own wikipedia page!! Which means he's like the most famous rugby guy I've ever met! Winning!

Well it's Friday and it's the weekend! YAY!!! I'm so excited that it has started! Good luck to all my teammates this weekend in Denver. Kick some butt ladies!! And last but not least, HOOK'EM!

Blueberry Soda Anyone?

Mmmm... Blueberry Soda!!! This has been on my mind all day and night! Last night in the middle of practice, I got a sudden craving for blueberry soda! And today I went to a few supermarkets to look for Maine Root's Blueberry Soda, cause it's my favorite. But alas, not even the whole foods near my house had it, so I decided to try the Izze version. It's not too bad, but I would definitely have to say that my heart is still true to Maine Root.

All We Do is WIN

This past weekend in Chi-town, we dominated! =D Not only did we enjoy/play a great game of rugby, we also got to hang out and do silly things as usual. Highlights from the weekend.

As you can see, I had an amazing time with my friends/teammates in the windy city. And of course the added bonus of seeing my family. I can not wait for the next one in about a month. (Haven't decided if I'm going but this past weekend has me leaning towards a repeat).

Three Words for this Month

I have three words for this month and it is Rugby World Cup!! =D It is being hosted in New Zealand this year. I'm really excited about all the awesome shots, and games that will be played this month. It is definitely a great way to kick off this upcoming fall season, from: Hakas, to the beautifal New Zealand scenary, ingenous plays and tackles, and last but not least national pride.
